Valle del Sol is hiring an experienced HLI Program Manager to lead and grow its statewide Hispanic Leadership Institute programs. The role coordinates program operations, participant recruitment, alumni engagement, events, curriculum improvement, community and sponsor relationships, fundraising, grants, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration. It requires a bachelor's degree, three years of relevant program or community experience, event or initiative coordination, strong communication skills, a valid Arizona driver's license, and regular travel throughout Arizona. The position may work in clinical, office, or community settings and may require evening or weekend work.
