Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst will work in a team to define monitoring and testing targets, execute quality control testing for assigned products, processes, and services, and assess control effectiveness. The role involves documenting testing results, improving testing processes, communicating outcomes to business partners and management, and maintaining knowledge of business processes and regulatory requirements. It requires 2–4 years of home mortgage experience, with loss mitigation experience preferred, and is based in Citizens Bank’s Glen Allen, Virginia office.
