Rio Tinto is hiring an HME Maintenance Supervisor for its residential Gove Operations in Gove, Northern Territory. The role leads heavy mobile equipment maintenance personnel across day and night shifts on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off, 4-nights-on, 4-days-off roster; responsibilities include safety leadership, planned and unplanned maintenance coordination, team development, work quality and fleet reliability monitoring, and continuous improvement. The position is permanent, includes relocation and subsidised housing, and requires supervisory or leadership experience in HME maintenance or heavy industry, maintenance knowledge in mining or regulated operations, computer and maintenance-system competency, and a Certificate III Mechanical Trade.
