Description
The Hoist / Elevator Operator will support a construction jobsite by transporting workers, equipment, and materials between building floors. Responsibilities include daily hoist inspections and safety checks, distributing and collecting walkie talkies, opening and closing access doors, placing floor plates, performing weekly maintenance, maintaining clear access to dumpsters, cleaning the work area, inspecting handrails and safety equipment, and locking out power at the end of each shift. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication skills, and a valid driver's license; work is primarily outdoors and involves travel between sites.
