Passavant Memorial Homes is hiring a full-time Home and Community Services Program Coordinator to support the Program Director in overseeing daily operations and coordinating services for individuals receiving Home and Community Services. The role covers Westmoreland County, works under the Program Director, implements Individual Plans, coordinates with contractors and interdisciplinary teams, maintains consumer management records, supports contractor engagement, and provides emergency and on-call coverage. Preferred qualifications include relevant degrees and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and managerial or leadership skills. The position offers a $50,000 annual salary and health, dental, and vision insurance.
