Blueprints is hiring a full-time, entry-level Home Base Educator at its Donora location. The role provides comprehensive home-based services to families with children from prenatal through age five, using the Parents as Teachers curriculum and evidence-based family engagement frameworks. Responsibilities include regular home visits, developmental screenings and assessments, parent education, parent-child interactions, community resource connections, group socializations, community outings, parent leadership, and family goal achievement. The position requires compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, maintenance of Parent Educator certification, training, outreach, and collaboration. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, or a CDA in home visiting with at least two years of supervised experience with young children and/or parents, is preferred.
