Easterseals of Chicagoland and Greater Rockford is hiring a Home Based Educator - Bilingual Spanish to deliver Early Head Start services through weekly home visits and twice-monthly group socializations in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. The role supports families and children with development, inclusion, health, nutrition, parent engagement, enrollment, referrals, and transition to preschool, while maintaining caseloads, records, and program goals. The position is headquartered at the Easterseals Chicago location and requires a relevant bachelor’s, associate’s, or credential-based qualification, early childhood or social services experience, bilingual Spanish ability, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. The salary is $39,897-$65,169 annually.
