The Clare is hiring a PRN Home Care Aide to provide personal care and support to residents or clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, vital signs, mealtime assistance, activity support, call-light response, and documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current CPR certification, strong observation and communication skills, and one year of experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, or caregiver. Pay is $18-$20 per hour, with 401(k) matching, bonus potential, a referral program, and daily meals.
