Ouihelp is hiring home care assistants (m/f) for a CDI mandataire arrangement in Ennetières-en-Weppes, available part-time or full-time. The role provides companionship and essential day-to-day support to older adults, with flexible weekly schedules, no assignments shorter than one hour, and support from onboarding, a dedicated contact, and digital tools. Applicants need a qualification or at least three years of personal-care-support experience, or may complete paid internal training after arrival.
