Silverchain is hiring a Care Worker to provide home help and personal care for aged-care clients in Blacktown and surrounding areas. The role includes housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, bathing, dressing, medication assistance, mobility support, complex care for clients with dementia, social and emotional support, and transport to activities or appointments. Applicants need a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability, at least six months of similar experience, a valid Australian driver's licence, and an insured roadworthy vehicle. The position pays $36.23 per hour plus super and paid kilometres, with employee benefits, salary packaging, and paid CPR and First Aid courses.
