Description
The Home Coordinator Supervisor directly supervises Home Coordinators and Leads and indirectly supervises Direct Support Professionals in Buckeye Residential Solutions’ developmental disabilities services. The role oversees hiring, training, scheduling, compliance documentation, incident reporting, client-family communication, regulatory records, and occasional direct care or transportation. It requires three years of supervisory experience in the developmental disabilities field, a high school diploma or equivalent, DODD compliance knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the office one day per week and as needed at consumer homes.
