Description
The Home Equity Closer will request payoff amounts from external lenders, calculate internal payoff amounts, coordinate with the closing team to meet closing dates, maintain a pipeline, and complete department files within the established SLA. The role requires strong communication, independent work, attention to detail, and a proven record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment; prior payoff experience is preferred. It is a 40-hour Monday-Friday schedule with four days in Johnston, Rhode Island.
