The processor will handle full-cycle home equity loans, manage approximately 25–30 active files, review income and mortgage documentation, coordinate appraisals and closings, and communicate with members and internal teams. The position requires 1–2+ years of full-cycle mortgage or home equity processing experience and offers $23.00–$26.00 per hour, with potential for extension or permanent conversion and benefits subject to eligibility.
