McGregor is hiring a Home Care Aide to provide day-to-day personal care and safety for older adults in their homes. The role supports activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, documentation, infection control, and interdisciplinary communication, while building consistent relationships with participants. The position is available on first, second, full-time, part-time, evening, and weekend schedules at the Akron location and pays $16.50 per hour with HHA or CNA certification, or $17.00 per hour with STNA certification, plus a $1.00 weekend shift differential.
