The Home Health Aide will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide companionship, monitor health changes, maintain a safe environment, and follow care plans. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, pays $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, and requires at least two years of experience in home health or a similar role, strong communication and customer service skills, multitasking ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
