PARS Therapy is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN work in Dallas (North), Texas. The role provides skilled occupational therapy treatment to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, supports individualized treatment plans, educates patients and caregivers, documents visits in an electronic medical record, and collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams. Current Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant certification, occupational therapy knowledge, communication skills, independent work ability, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required; home health experience is preferred.
