Description
First Steps Nursing and Therapy is hiring a home-health nurse to provide direct, hands-on care to patients in their residences, including assessment, medication administration, treatment, documentation, family education, and reporting changes in condition. The role requires a current unencumbered Texas RN or LVN license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and move patients; pediatrics experience is recommended but not required. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with Monday–Friday availability and local travel required.
