Description
Optimal Care is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one occupational therapy to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes in Lansing and surrounding areas. The clinician will assess functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, teach adaptive strategies, and collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to promote safe independent living. The role is primarily Monday through Friday with weekend on-call rotation and requires substantial daily travel.
