PARS Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join its home health care team in Carrollton, Texas. The role evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, improves mobility and daily living skills, educates patients and families, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and monitors progress. The position requires an active Texas Occupational Therapy license, current professional liability insurance, and a graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy; home health or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
