PARS Therapy is hiring an onsite Home Health Occupational Therapist in the Devine, Texas area to provide personalized, goal-oriented care in patients’ homes. The role supports daily living and work skills, implements treatment plans, teaches adaptive strategies and equipment use, assesses home environments, collaborates with families and caregivers, tracks progress, documents care, and conducts follow-ups. Applicants need an active Texas Occupational Therapist license, Texas-specific professional liability insurance, a graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, and strong communication and evidence-based practice skills; home health or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
