The role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, improving mobility and functional independence, educating patients, monitoring progress, documenting services, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. An active Texas PTA license, current CPR certification, professional liability insurance, and demonstrated clinical experience are required; home health or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
