PARS Therapy is hiring an onsite Physical Therapist for its home-health team in Cedar Hill, Texas. The role evaluates patients, develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, provides exercise, gait, manual therapy, and balance interventions, educates patients and caregivers, documents care, collaborates with interdisciplinary providers, and conducts home safety assessments. The position requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license, professional liability insurance, a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy, and experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
