PARS Therapy is hiring an onsite Physical Therapist to work with home-health patients in Houston, Texas. The role evaluates patients, develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, provides exercise, gait, manual therapy, and balance interventions, educates patients and caregivers, documents care, collaborates with interdisciplinary providers, and conducts home safety assessments. The position requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license, professional liability insurance, and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy; home-health or rehabilitative experience is preferred.
