PARS Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide home-health care in Tomball, Texas. The role evaluates patients, develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, delivers exercise, gait, manual therapy, and balance interventions, educates patients and caregivers, documents care, collaborates with interdisciplinary providers, and conducts home safety assessments. The position requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license, Texas-specific professional liability insurance, and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy; home-health or rehabilitative experience is preferred.
