PARS Therapy is hiring an onsite Physical Therapist in Northwest Houston, Texas, to provide home-health care to patients. The role evaluates physical abilities and functional limitations, develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, delivers exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining, educates patients and caregivers, documents care, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and conducts home safety assessments. The position requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license, professional liability insurance, a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy, and experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
