Gallagher Home Health is hiring a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse to provide individualized skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The role includes completing patient assessments, developing care plans, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and helping patients achieve healthcare goals while remaining safely at home. The position offers a $70,000–$90,000 salary, uncapped earning potential, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, health and dental/vision insurance, a 401K, paid time off, and company car or mileage reimbursement. Applicants need a current, active Pennsylvania RN license, strong clinical judgment and assessment skills, compassionate patient care, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation; home health experience is preferred but not required.
