Description
Advanced Nursing Concepts is hiring a PRN Home Health Nurse to provide one-on-one home health care in Crystal River and surrounding areas. The role assesses patients, develops and updates care plans, administers medications and treatments, educates patients and families, coordinates with physicians and community partners, plans discharges, arranges equipment and services, and checks on home health aide care. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with one to two years of recent acute care experience, hold current licensure and CPR certification, and be able to travel by personal vehicle throughout the assigned service area. The schedule is PRN with 2–3 days of availability weekly from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the position is W-2 with negotiable pay, mileage reimbursement, and supplemental benefits.
