Twelfth One, LLC dba Aspen Infusion is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for West Valley. The role provides skilled professional nursing services to patients in their homes, including assessments, care planning, equipment needs, discharge coordination, patient and family education, documentation, care coordination, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The nurse reports to a Field Nurse Supervisor and must hold a current Arizona RN license, BLS certification, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and proof of TB screening; at least one year of related experience is required, with infusion nursing experience preferred.
