Beacon Specialized Living Services is hiring a Home Manager to oversee residential behavioral-health homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, autism, and high-acuity behaviors. The role manages daily home operations, budgets, staffing, training, compliance, incident reporting, clinical coordination, medication administration, transportation, recordkeeping, and quality assurance while supervising Direct Support Professionals and maintaining relationships with regulators, referral sources, families, and clinical teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, preferably college coursework and prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a demanding residential-care environment.
