Beacon Specialized Living Services is seeking a Home Manager to oversee assigned residential homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, autism, and high-acuity behaviors. The role manages daily residential operations, direct support professional staffing and training, budgets and payroll, regulatory and accreditation compliance, incident reporting, clinical coordination, medication and transportation oversight, records, inspections, and person-centered care. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with college coursework and healthcare or behavioral-health leadership and supervisory experience preferred, along with a valid driver's license, background checks, required training, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, timekeeping, EHR, eMAR, and Clarity systems.
