Beacon Specialized Living Services is seeking a Home Manager to oversee residential behavioral health homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, autism, and high-acuity behaviors. The role supervises direct support professionals, manages staffing, schedules, budgets, payroll, home operations, maintenance, compliance, incident reporting, documentation, clinical coordination, medication administration, transportation, training, quality assurance, and relationships with regulators and referral sources. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, preferably college coursework and prior healthcare or behavioral healthcare leadership or supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, required background checks and training, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, attendance, EHR, and eMAR systems.
