West Shore Home is hiring an Installation Manager in Buffalo, New York, to lead and grow a team of installers, oversee profitable product installations, improve warehouse and pre-installation measurement processes, visit job sites, train and coach employees, and support the customer journey. The role requires experience in installation, construction, or home remodeling; KPI and revenue-management success; strong leadership and employee-engagement skills; a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.
