Description
The Handyman Service Technician Assistant supports Lead Technicians and Handyman Technicians with residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. Responsibilities include assisting with carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor installations, fixture installation, basic plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision, job-site preparation and cleanup, tool and equipment organization, maintenance, safety compliance, communication, and customer interaction. The role requires basic hand- and power-tool knowledge, the ability to follow instructions and work in a team, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
