The Handyman Services Technician performs residential repair, maintenance, and improvement work for homeowners, including carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, basic electrical work, fixture installation, small remodels, and home inspections. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in handyman services or a related trade, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. Work is performed in residential homes and may involve travel between job sites, ladder use, material handling, and varying weather conditions.
