Home Visitor Supervisor Healthy Families at Catholic Charities Boston

The Healthy Families Supervisor provides weekly reflective, clinical, and administrative supervision for up to five home visitors, maintains supervision documentation, conducts quality assurance, supports program management, coordinates referrals and case management, completes performance appraisals and required reports, and supports home visiting activities and parent services. The role works primarily in an office environment with offsite visits and local travel as needed, and requires a relevant master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with experience, along with strong supervision, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
