Description
McGregor PACE is expanding into Summit County and is hiring an experienced Homecare Nurse to provide comprehensive health services to program participants. The nurse will work with the primary care physician and PACE interdisciplinary team, coordinate services, assess and monitor health and functional status, administer medications, educate participants and families, and contribute to outcome data collection and performance improvement. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday with no weekends and major holidays off. Applicants must be registered nurses licensed in Ohio, have reliable transportation, and hold CPR certification; a bachelor’s degree in nursing, elderly clinical experience, and interdisciplinary care experience are preferred.
