AASC is hiring Homemakers to provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients in Tazewell, Russell, Dickenson, and Buchanan counties, Virginia. The role assists with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, trash disposal, mail, and stand-by health-related support, while maintaining a 1-to-1 client ratio and using therapeutic interpersonal skills. Applicants must be at least 18, able to read, write, and understand English, physically capable of lifting 20–40 pounds, and have a valid Social Security number, driver’s license, and transportation.
