Bet Tzedek Legal Services is hiring a temporary Homeowner Protection Staff Attorney in Southern California, primarily based in Los Angeles, to provide civil litigation, direct legal services, outreach, education, policy advocacy, and case management for homeowners facing foreclosure, real estate fraud, predatory lending, PACE issues, disaster recovery, contractor fraud, and related risks. The attorney will work under supervision, support older adults and homeowners of color, collaborate with pro bono and impact advocacy teams, and travel within Los Angeles County as needed. The position is temporary through May 28, 2027 and supports a hybrid/remote workplace designation, though candidates must be located in Southern California and able to commute when required.
