Description
The University of Alabama Honors College is hiring a full-time, non-tenure-track Assistant Professor of Honors with an open specialty. The renewable three-year contract focuses on teaching honors courses and developing interdisciplinary seminars, with a normal teaching load of 12 credits per semester and opportunities for scholarship, committee service, and professional development. Applicants must hold an earned doctorate or other terminal degree appropriate to their discipline and have college or university-level teaching experience; the degree must be completed by the start of the appointment.
