Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Horticulture Instructor at the North Central Correctional Complex in Marion, Ohio. The role delivers competency-based horticulture instruction in classroom and laboratory settings, develops assessments, adapts instructional materials, manages training resources, monitors inmate progress and behavior, and promotes positive social skills. Compensation is $25.00 per hour for eight-hour shifts, with medical, vision, prescription drug, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
