Description
Monrovia is offering a 9-week, hands-on horticulture internship program from June through August at its nurseries in Visalia, California; Dayton, Oregon; Cairo, Georgia; and Granby, Connecticut. Interns rotate through nursery operations including propagation, canning, pruning, order assembly, shipping, research, and sales, while also participating in classroom learning and a field trip. The role is intended for students pursuing Ornamental Horticulture or a related field, or individuals with horticulture industry knowledge, and requires strong communication, openness to feedback, physical ability to perform nursery tasks, and availability Monday through Friday plus a half-day Saturday. The internship pays $16.00 per hour.
