Ladgov Corporation is hiring a full-time, mid-level Horticulture/Landscaping Instructor to provide vocational instruction to students in a secure correctional facility. The role teaches horticulture, plant propagation, landscaping, grounds maintenance, workplace safety, and employment-readiness skills through classroom and hands-on training, delivers a state-approved curriculum to classes of up to 25 students, develops lesson plans, leads landscaping and beautification projects, and maintains student records and a safe learning environment. Applicants need a state-approved horticulture or landscaping license or instructor certification, relevant experience, strong teaching and classroom-management skills, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and complete required pre-service training.
