VitalCaring is hiring a Hospice Aide / CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on end-of-life care in patients’ homes. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, skin integrity, vital signs, light housekeeping, and caregiver respite; documenting care; communicating with patients, families, and the hospice team; and supporting comfort and dignity. Applicants need state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between patient homes.
