Description
Grace Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Chaplain in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, to provide individualized spiritual and emotional support to patients and families, complete spiritual assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary care professionals, connect families with community clergy, and support funeral or memorial needs. The role requires a Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree, four units of Clinical Pastoral Education, and current ecclesiastical endorsement, with experience supporting individuals through serious illness, death, dying, grief, or loss. The position pays $30.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience and requires travel to patients’ homes and facilities throughout the Twin Cities.
