Description
The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and empathic care to hospice patients and families, initiating, developing, deepening, and closing spiritual relationships. The position is PRN with on-call hours from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. on varied days of the week. Preferred qualifications include a Master of Divinity or equivalent theology degree, ordained or commissioned ministerial status, professional certification, and Clinical Pastoral Education. Applicants need three years of current active pastoral ministry or chaplaincy experience, computer documentation skills, a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and automobile insurance.
