Ohio’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Chaplain for a PRN, on-call position providing spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families. The chaplain will assess needs, offer individualized spiritual care and counseling, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, document services, and travel to patient homes and care settings. Coverage is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM on varied days, with preferred qualifications including a Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree, ordained or commissioned minister status, relevant chaplaincy certification, and Clinical Pastoral Education.
