Lakes Region VNA and Hospice is hiring a part-time or per diem Chaplain (Hospice)/Bereavement to provide spiritual care, counseling, assessments, rituals, crisis support, and interdisciplinary collaboration for hospice patients and families in Meredith, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas. The role requires a Master of Divinity or equivalent graduate degree, accredited Clinical Pastoral Education, ordination or equivalent recognition, at least one year of hospice or end-of-life care experience, EMR proficiency, and a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
