Optimal Care is hiring a Hospice Client Support Executive to promote hospice services, educate healthcare referral partners, develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other providers, and increase hospice referrals. The role requires daily local travel, operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and offers a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 USD with incentive potential. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or general education and at least one year of sales experience; an associate degree and medical-field sales experience are preferred.
