Description
Bloom Healthcare is hiring a Hospice Clinical Trainer in Lakewood to coordinate, deliver, and track hospice training across the organization. The role covers onboarding, annual, competency, compliance, and survey-readiness training for clinical and non-clinical staff, including live, virtual, field-based, and self-directed sessions; LMS module assignment; completion monitoring; documentation; competency validation; and support for audits, quality improvement, and corrective actions. The position requires hospice or palliative care experience, training or clinical leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel throughout Colorado and to Texas and Missouri. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 annually in Colorado, with bonuses and health, dental, and vision insurance.
