Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Crisis Care LPN for an 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. night shift serving patients in homes and facilities in the Dayton/Springfield area. The role provides one-to-one bedside care for patients actively declining under RN supervision and requires driving patients during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather. Applicants must be registered LPNs in Ohio, CPR certified, computer-literate, and able to pass background and drug-screening requirements; one year of nursing experience is preferred.
